If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it:

- Mailbox or parcel locker
- With neighbors or building manager
- Inside storm door or garage

Step 2: Wait 24 hours
Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered before actual delivery

We'll handle it:
- File claim with carrier
- Send replacement immediately
- Or process full refund

Incorrect Address

If you provided an incorrect shipping address:

After shipment:

Customs & Duties

Canada Orders
No customs fees. All orders ship from within Canada. You pay only the price shown at checkout plus applicable Canadian taxes.

United States Orders
No customs fees. Orders ship from our supplier in the USA or are properly declared for duty-free entry.

You pay only:

- Applicable state sales tax (if any)
- $0 shipping

No surprise fees at delivery.

Simple Designs: 5-7 days + shipping
Complex Designs: 14-30 days + shipping

Timeline includes:

Holiday Shipping

Peak Season Deadlines

To ensure delivery before major holidays:

Christmas/New Year:
- Canada: Order by December 15
- United States: Order by December 12

Valentine's Day:
- Canada: Order by February 7
- United States: Order by February 5

Mother's Day:
- Canada: Order by May 3
- United States: Order by April 30

We ship to PO Boxes via:

Note: High-value orders requiring signature cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address for orders over $1,000 CAD.
