Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging and documentation

  • Not be altered, resized, engraved, or customized

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or bespoke jewelry

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or e-gift certificates


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email support@deeve.ca within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Approved returns will receive instructions before shipping

Items returned without prior authorization may experience processing delays.


Return Shipping

Approved returns within Canada and the United States qualify for free return shipping.

Return instructions will be provided once the request is approved.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days

  • Additional time may be required by your financial institution


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.
Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@deeve.ca within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review and advise on next steps.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, standard return conditions apply.
