We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Returned items must:
Be unworn and in original condition
Include all original packaging and documentation
Not be altered, resized, engraved, or customized
Be accompanied by proof of purchase
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom or bespoke jewelry
Personalized or engraved items
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards or e-gift certificates
To request a return or exchange:
Email support@deeve.ca within 30 days of delivery
Include your order number and reason for return
Approved returns will receive instructions before shipping
Items returned without prior authorization may experience processing delays.
Approved returns within Canada and the United States qualify for free return shipping.
Return instructions will be provided once the request is approved.
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing typically takes 5–7 business days
Additional time may be required by your financial institution
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.

Photos of the item and packaging
We will review and advise on next steps.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
