    We finalize the design and quote; a 50% deposit begins fabrication.

  4. Expert fabrication

    Your piece is handcrafted in our Ontario studio in solid 14K or 18K gold with multiple quality checkpoints.

    Setting security, finish quality and structural integrity are checked before delivery.

  6. Delivery

How do I book a custom jewelry consultation?

How much does custom jewelry design cost?

How long does the custom design process take?
Most custom pieces take 2–6 weeks from initial consultation to delivery, depending on design complexity and approvals. Rush timelines may be available for an additional fee.
Can I design my own engagement ring?
Yes. We offer custom engagement ring design consultations by phone or video — or in person at our Toronto head office, by appointment. Can you work from a photo or image I found online?
Yes. Bring us any inspiration images and we’ll create a custom design inspired by what you love, adapted for proper construction and wearability.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes. We work with clients across Canada and internationally through video consultations, email, and phone. Many clients complete the entire process remotely with excellent results.
Can I use my own diamonds or gemstones?
Not at this time. We set only diamonds we source ourselves, so we are not able to work with a stone you supply — our position at this time rather than a permanent one. Tell us the stone you have in mind and we will source it to your specification: cut, colour, clarity and carat.
Is custom jewelry more expensive than ready-made?
Custom pieces are competitively priced because we eliminate retail markups and work directly with you. You’re paying for materials, expert craftsmanship, and design time — with the benefit of a truly unique piece.
Do custom pieces come with a warranty?
Yes. All custom jewelry includes our lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects, stone loss due to setting failure, and structural issues. Lifetime complimentary cleaning, inspections, and prong tightening included.
Can you recreate a discontinued or vintage piece?
Yes. We create pieces inspired by vintage or discontinued designs, adapting them with modern construction techniques while capturing the essence of the original.
What is the deposit and payment structure?
We require a 50% deposit upon design approval to begin fabrication, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. We accept credit cards, debit, and e-transfer.
What if I don’t like the final design?
We work through multiple design revisions before fabrication begins, ensuring you love the design before we start crafting. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
