Your Deeve jewelry is protected against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the piece. If any structural issue arises due to craftsmanship—such as loose settings, faulty clasps, or structural irregularities—we will repair or replace the piece at no cost. What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, exposure to harsh chemicals, or normal wear such as scratches or dents. Loss, theft, and gemstone damage from external force are also excluded.
However our team is always available to help with repairs or restoration at a preferred service rate
How to Request Warranty Service
To begin a warranty request or repair evaluation, simply contact our customer care team with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a short description of what happened. We will confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours and provide shipping instructions if needed.
All eligible repairs are completed at no cost, and insured return shipping is included.
