Our master jewelers will inspect your piece in our in-house studio and provide a detailed assessment of the work required.

All warranty work is completed by the same artisans who create our pieces — ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.
5. Return Shipping
Your restored piece is returned via fully insured shipping at no cost to you. Most repairs completed within 2–3 weeks.

What’s Not Covered
Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal wear. The following are not included:
- Loss, theft, or damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse
- Damage from exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine, or extreme temperatures
- Modifications or repairs performed by third parties
- Normal wear and tear on high-friction areas (e.g., ring band thinning)
- Resizing beyond the original size range of the piece
