This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on the Deeve online store. If you have questions, contact us at support@deeve.ca.
We currently ship orders within Canada and the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries.
Shipping is free on all orders shipped to Canada and the United States.
No minimum order value is required.
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–5 business days for most in-stock items shipped within Canada and the United States.
Please note:
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees
Expedited or express shipping options are not currently available
Orders are processed as soon as possible after they are placed.
Some orders may require additional verification prior to shipment.
During peak periods such as holidays or promotions, processing and delivery times may be longer.
Custom and made-to-order jewelry requires additional production time.
Estimated production timeline: 2–6 weeks, depending on design complexity and approvals
Production begins once all required details are confirmed
Shipping remains free once the custom order is ready to dispatch.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order to confirm feasibility.
Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available.
After an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Carrier disruptions
Weather conditions
Customs processing, where applicable
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Events outside our reasonable control
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.
If tracking indicates your order was delivered but you have not received it:
Check your delivery location and with household members or building management
Contact the carrier using the tracking number
Email support@deeve.ca with your order number and tracking details
We will assist where possible, but replacement or refunds are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, email support@deeve.ca as soon as possible with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged item
We will review the information and advise on next steps.
