A 5.90 mm Cuban chain bracelet in solid 14K yellow, white or rose gold, 7.25 inches, about 4.7 grams. A bracelet spins. Nothing on a wrist holds an orientation for long, so between typing, reaching and putting a coat on, a chain rolls through its whole range several times an hour and shows you every side it owns. That is where Cuban geometry earns its keep, and it has almost nothing to do with how the link photographs. The links are twisted and then flattened, which leaves their broad faces lying along the run of the chain rather than standing up on edge, so however far the bracelet turns there is a polished plane pointing outward. A Cuban has no wrong way round.

At 5.90mm the links stay individually legible at the distance you hold your own hand, and 4.7 grams over 7.25 inches keeps the bracelet sitting on the wrist rather than dragging forward onto the back of the hand. The quarter inch past seven is a real decision, not a rounding error. It buys enough slack for the chain to move as you move and not enough for it to swing.

A lobster clasp closes it, scaled to the chain so it settles between links on the underside instead of standing proud against the skin.
