Is DEEVE jewelry real gold?
Yes, all DEEVE jewelry is crafted from solid 14K or 18K gold — never gold-plated, filled, or vermeil. White gold carries a rhodium finish. Each piece is hallmarked, and its certificate of authenticity guaranteeing the gold purity is emailed to you.
Is gold-plated jewelry real gold?
Gold plating is a thin layer over a base metal: it wears through and cannot be restored. DEEVE uses only solid 14K and 18K gold, where the gold alloy runs through the entire piece — never gold-plated, filled or vermeil. Every piece is hallmarked, and its certificate of authenticity guaranteeing the gold purity is emailed to you.
Are DEEVE's diamonds real?
Yes. DEEVE uses both lab-grown and natural diamonds, and all of them are real diamonds. Every DEEVE diamond is IGI graded except lab-grown tennis bracelets and eternity rings, which come with an AGI certificate from the Accredited Gemological Institute, and the lab-grown stones are cut to Excellent. Whether a piece includes an individual IGI certificate is recorded per piece, never by carat weight or category. Our natural diamonds are conflict-free and responsibly sourced.
Where is DEEVE jewelry designed and made?
DEEVE designs its collection in-house in Ontario, Canada, and every piece is quality-inspected by our gemmology studio before it ships, under Arta Talachian, 5th-Generation Master Goldsmith and Certified Gemologist with over 25 years at the bench. Custom and bespoke pieces are handcrafted in our Ontario workshop.
What does DEEVE's lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers professional cleaning, polishing, rhodium plating (for white gold), and stone resetting for the life of your jewelry. One resize is included free; additional resizes are chargeable.
Can my DEEVE jewelry be resized?
Most DEEVE pieces can be resized, including diamond tennis bracelets, and the work is carried out in our own Ontario workshop — one resize included free, additional resizes chargeable. The one exception is a full eternity band: because the diamonds run the entire circle, it is made to your size and cannot be resized afterwards. Email support@deeve.ca with the piece and the size you need.
What jewelry services does DEEVE offer?

Does DEEVE make custom or bespoke jewelry?
Yes. Bespoke pieces are designed with you and handcrafted in our Ontario workshop in solid 14K or 18K gold. Consultations are remote-first — by phone or video — or in person at our Toronto head office by appointment. Custom orders take 2–6 weeks depending on design complexity and approvals. Does DEEVE offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide via UPS express. Canada and US orders arrive in 5–7 business days. International orders arrive in 5–7 business days. All orders are fully insured. For orders shipped outside Canada and the United States, duties, import taxes and customs fees are not included in the order total and are the customer's responsibility, collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.
Can I return my DEEVE jewelry?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy; return shipping is at the customer's cost. Jewelry must be unworn and in original condition. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.
Can I visit DEEVE in person?
Our head office is at 302 Bay Street, Suite 409, Toronto, Ontario M5H 0B6, in the Financial District — by appointment only. It is not a showroom: no jewelry is kept on site, so browsing and try-on are not available. The address serves engagement ring and custom design consultations and local order pickup; pieces for warranty, resizing or repair come to us by UPS.
