The F is an E with its foot taken away: an upright and two arms reaching right, leaving open space at the bottom. That open corner gives this polished 14K yellow gold initial a lighter, more casual look than most block letters.

It weighs about 1.8 g and comes on its own 18-inch chain, sitting a little below the collarbone. A box chain threads through the top of the F rather than a separate bail. The block style keeps every edge clean and polished.
