A ring with a head has a top, and a top is something that has to be kept upright. Mass sits on one side of the finger, and over a few hours of ordinary movement it works its way around until the stone is facing the palm. A full eternity band has no heavy side at all. Sizing comes first with a full eternity band. Because the diamonds continue the whole way around, the ring is made to size rather than resized later — so confirm your size before ordering, and note that wider bands wear snug.
